Am busy packing things to sell at this Sat's estate Flea Market / Garage Sales.
Actually i dun like the term "Flea Market" suggesting fleas ??? in market place?? Neither do i have a Garage. I rather call is "Fund Raising Weekend"
Indeed since becoming a resident, each Fund Raising opportunity was met with great enthusiasm. No joke!! I am pleasantly surprised by the cash taking (Ahem...not yet 4 figure though) and the amount of JUNK, used or new that had so fast accumulated at home. Remember i am a minimalist....Less is More...wearing less clothes also make one feel more comfortable in this warm country.
My Sis in law Eve is an ardent supporter. She supplies baby sitting services and even promotes the products usually Bags, Shoes, and toys to the regular buyers esp the maids and bargain hunting aunties.
During the previous Fund Raising Weekend i sold a lot of used maternity and baby stuff and had since used the MONEY to beget more toys and books for Darling.
This sat i had hired an ad hoc baby sitter to mind my ever active baby in the estate while Eve and I concentrate on our Fund Raising Activities. I pray that weather be good (no rain pls) and most of all sales be Super Good. Can't wait for Sat. Yippeee!!!!!
